Mathematics 493-494 Undergraduate Mathematics Research (3 credits each)NOTE: Topics, prerequisities, and amount of credit will be announced prior to preregistration.An introduction to mathematical research. Students will be required to investigate, present and write up the result of an undergraduate-level mathematical research project. Students will gain experience in researching the mathematical literature, investigating a mathematical problem, and learning how to write a mathematical paper.
